Review signals

Review signals are the collection of cues drawn from a business’s reviews: how many there are, the average rating, how recent and steady they are, whether the owner responds, and increasingly the keywords and locations in the review text. They influence both local-pack ranking and whether a searcher chooses you once they see you. Earn them honestly and continuously — never buy or gate reviews.
