A fixed collection of real customer questions (typically 20–50) that you run through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews and Copilot on a schedule. Because the prompts stay the same, the results are comparable over time — you can see whether your brand’s mentions, citations and description are improving. It’s the backbone of citation tracking.
